Five-in-a-Row!

Want to know how to get hold of one of these coveted stickers? Simply attend five consecutive Monday or Wednesday classes and you will be presented with your Five-in-a-Row sticker. The more times you come to class, the more confident you will feel with the moves, and the more "at home" you will feel in the group. You will start to enjoy exercising even more! Lots of people have gone on to forge friendships even though they started off knowing no-one at the class. The best way to make the commitment to exercise and to prioritising yourself and your health is to put your classes on the calendar every month and fit appointments etc around them. Remember you are always welcome at another class

The Times They are A-Changin'

To meet requests for an earlier start time on Wednesdays, whilst still having to accommodate the church's toddler group that morning, please note that from 7th November onwards the WEDNESDAY hour-long class will start at 10:45. Please stick the new time in your diaries for Wednesday 7th November, and let your friends know. It would be an ideal time to join us again, if you haven't been to class for a while. You know you are always welcome, folks, so don't let "feeling rusty" put you off, and remember you don't HAVE to book.
