What to bring and wear
Bring an exercise mat if you have one, or a bath towel to lie on.
Wear flexible, supportive trainers (not hiking boots) and comfy basic sportswear (not jeans or office trousers). A t-shirt under a long sleeved top is a good idea, with leggings or tracksuit bottoms.
Health Screening
Before starting any of my classes I will need you to fill in a PAR-Q form, just a few easy health screening questions. So remember your reading glasses, if you need them!
To save time, you can complete it beforehand, at home. It can be downloaded from this site or I can email it to you if you contact me. Thank you.
