The more times you come to class, the more confident you will feel with the moves, and the more "at home" you will feel in the group. You will start to enjoy exercising even more! Lots of people have gone on to forge friendships even though they started off knowing no-one at the class.
The best way to make the commitment to exercise and to prioritising yourself and your health is to put your classes on the calendar every month and fit appointments etc around them. Remember you are always welcome at another class if you can't make it to the one you normally attend. There are very few differences between the Monday and Wednesday Feel Good All Over Workouts.
